ATHLETE ALLIANCE
Community Guidelines
Last updated October 1, 2026
The locker room is for athletes, coaches, and parents, 14 and up. These are the rules for what you post and how you treat people here.
Age
Do not create an account if you are under 14. Do not invite a child under 14 into a room. If you see an account that looks under 14, report it.
How you treat people
- No harassment, bullying, slurs, body shaming, or threats.
- No sexual content. No sexual talk aimed at anyone under 18. An account that does this is closed.
- Do not pressure an athlete under 18 in messages, and do not ask them for a phone number, an address, or photos.
- Adults do not start private conversations with teens they do not already know through a team.
- Do not impersonate another athlete, coach, or school.
What you share
- Post your own results. Do not invent stats, times, offers, or schools.
- Do not post someone else’s private messages, or a photo of them, without permission.
- Do not post another person’s medical or injury details.
- A team room is for that team. Do not drop the invite link in public.
Coaches and parents
A coach who shares a room link is responsible for who receives it. Parents may have their own accounts. A parent link does not let you read an athlete’s messages. The app does not show a parent the private posts.
Reports
Use Report on a post or a profile. Sterling reads reports, teen accounts, and vault applications. He can remove a post, remove someone from a room, or close an account. There is no separate safety team, and there is no guaranteed reply time. If someone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services. This app is not a crisis line.
What we will not do
We do not sell member information. We do not run ads off your messages. Points are not money. Nothing in a post or a podcast episode is a promise of a scholarship, a roster spot, or medical care.
